Mission and Ministry Team

​

The Mission Team was established as an extension of the First Baptist Church of Tellico Village Church, to bring the saving message of Jesus Christ to our world.  The Team is to carry out the Great Commission through Mission and Ministry organizations. The Team is made up of maturing believers who are Advocates to serve God, wherever they may be called. 

 

Mission Statement: To support missions and ministries in spreading the Gospel, locally, nationally, and internationally.

 

Purpose Statement: We provide Biblically-based support through prayer, stewardship of funds, and serving, for each mission and ministry that shares the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

• We provide specific prayer support - John 14:13-14

• We provide financial assistance - 3 John 6-7

• We serve alongside those we support - Acts 1:8
